2 stalk(s) Celery
1/2 L Brown Fond
1 tbsp Flower
1 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp Silver onions
250 g Parisian mushrooms, in quarters
300 g Bacon
1/4 L Red Wine
2 clove(s) of Garlic
4 piece(s) Potatoes
1/2 L Cream
200 g grated Cheese
Pepper and salt

Horse steak with hunter sauce and au gratin potatoes Aanwijzingen

    • Cut the potatoes into thin slices and mix them with cream, the chopped garlic, pepper and salt.
    • Put the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with ground cheese.
    • Place in a pre-heated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
    • Meanwhile fry the meat for 3 minutes for each side.
    • Let the steaks rest on a plate under aluminum foil. This keeps the meat warm.
    • Color the vegetables in a pan with some fat. Sprinkle with some flour and pour in the wine. Reduce to half.
    • Add the brown stock and tomato puree and reduce to half again.
    • Fry the mushrooms and bacon. Add the silver onions · and pour the sauce through a sieve into the pan.
    • Put some gratin on the plates and then the meat. Generously cover with the sauce.
