8 slices Waldkorn bread
2 Peaches
200 ml Water
200 g Sugar
10 Walnuts
8 slices Gorgonzola
8 leaves Basil

    • Boil the sugar and water and cook in the peaches briefly.
    • Remove the peaches from the water and let them cool.
    • Then peel the peaches and cut into slices.
    • Cut the crusts off the slices of bread and cover them with the peaches.
    • Grind the walnuts in the blender and sprinkle on the peaches.
    • Put two basil leaves on top and finish with the gorgonzola slices.
    • Put a slice of bread back on top and grill them in the croque-monsieur machine.
