For 4 Persons

Ingrediënten

8 Bagel's New York Bakery
1/2 Rode Paprika
150 g Feta cubes (in oil)
2 Tomatoes
10 Green Olives
1 slice(s) Ham, +/- 1 cm thick
150 g Philadelphia fresh cheese

Bagel Greek style Directions

  1. Rinse the paprika.
    Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips.
    Peel and chop the onion.
    Cut the ham into cubes.
    Cut the olives into slices.
    Mix everything together well.
    Mix in the feta cubes.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Cut the bagels in half and toast both halves.
  4. Spread the bottom half with Philadelphia.
  5. Place tomato slices on top.
  6. Cover with pepper mixture.
  7. Place lettuce on top and put the upper part on top.
