6 piece(s) firm cooking Potatoes
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 flove Garlic
2 piece(s) Eggs
White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
20 cl Rapeseed oil
1 piece(s) Onion
tbsp Capers
2 piece(s) Sweet and sour cucumbers
1 tsp Ketchup
800 g Grounded Beef
4 piece(s) Hamburger buns
Iceberg lettuce

Double cheeseburger Directions

    Cut the potatoes into moons.
    Season with 1kl paprika powder, 1kl garlic powder, pepper and salt.
    Add olive oil and mix.
     
    Put them on baking paper and put them in the oven at 220°C for 25min.
     
    Mix 2 eggs, 1el mustard and white wine vinegar.
    Season with salt and pepper.
     
    Add 20cl rapeseed oil and mix.
    Finely chop 1 onion, 2 gherkins and 1el capers.
    Add 1el ketchup and 6el mayonnaise.
     
    Make 8 balls and season them with salt and pepper on two sides.
    Press them flat on the baking tray and let them cook.
    Fry the onion
     
    Chop some iceberg lettuce.
     
    Turn over the hamburgers.
    Put cheddar on the burgers.
    Put another burger on this
     
    Bake the buns in a dry hot pan.
     
    Spread sauce on the lower part
    Put hamburger on it
    Put onion on top and iceberg lettuce.
    Possibly extra sauce
    Serve with the potato wedges
