Ingredients

For 4 Persons

2 cloves of Garlic
12 leaves Mint, finely chopped
Peper and Salt
2 Cucumbers, peeled, stripped of seeds and in thin slices
2 potjes Bulgarian Yogurt (120g)
2 Porks fillets (+/- 300g elk)
4 el 'Baharat spicy dressing and marinade' Al Fèz (Delhaize)
Olive oil

Pork tenderloin the Lebanese way Directions

    • Put the garlic and mint in a bowl.
    • Mix with pepper and salt.
    • Add the cucumber and yogurt.
    • Mix gently.
    • Put cool.
    • Brush the meat with the marinade. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.
    • Heat the grill or BBQ.
    • Pat the meat dry and rich with some olive oil.
    • Roast the fillets. +/- 6 minutes on each side.
    • Cut them into thin slices and arrange them on a plate with the cucumber salad.
