3 White of eggs |
1 tbsp Herbs (chives, chervil, tarragon) |
Salt and freshly ground pepper |
6 Green Asparagus (in pieces of 1.5 cm) |
8 sneetjs Wholemeal bread, toasted |
16 Cherry tomatoes, halved |
Protein omelet with asparagus and herbs Directions
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
- Beat the egg whites with a fork and add the herbs, a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
- Pour the egg whites into the pan and quickly pull the edges to the center, so that the omelet is evenly baked.
- Once the egg is cooked but not completely solidified, place the warm asparagus in the middle.
- Leave the omelet on the fire for a while.

Make the omelet, fold it in half and let it slide on a preheated plate.

Serve with wholemeal toast and warm cherry tomatoes
