8 sneetjes Volkoren toastbrood |
100 g Zongedroogde Tomaten |
1 el Oregano, ijngehakt |
1/2 el Tomatenpuree |
1 el Pijnboompitten |
16 blaadjes Basilicum |
2 Tomaten |
8 schiijfes Mozzarella |
Croque caprese Directions
- In the blender, mix the sun-dried tomato with the oregano, olive oil, tomato puree and pine nuts.
- Spread a slice of bread with it
- Put a few basil leaves on top, 2 slices of tomato on top, 2 slices of mozzarella on top.
- Put a slice of bread on top and grill them in the croque-monsieur machine until the cheese has melted.
