80 g Butter
1 piece(s) Egg(s)
2 piece(s) Egg Yolk(s)
30 g Powder Sugar
15 g Flower

Moelleux Of Chocolate Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie
    • Beat the eggs with powdered sugar over a low heat until they are lukewarm.
    • Mix in the flour.
    • Remove the pan from the heat
    • Beat the eggs lightly with an electric mixer.
    • Add the chocolate mixture.Grease the baking tins with the rest of the butter and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
    • Spoon the dough into the tins and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 210 ° C
