Ingrediënten

4 Pitta breads
1 crop Iceberg lettuce
1 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red Paprika
2 Pipe onion
1 tbsp Fresh Mint
1 dl Alpro Yogurt
1 tbsp Grain mustard
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh dragon, minced meat
1 tbsp Parsley, minced meat
Pepper and salt

Vegetarian pitta with yogurt dressing Instructions

    • Mix the Alpro Soy yogurt with the mustard, ketchup, curry powder and fresh herbs.
    • Season with pepper and salt.
    • Cut all the vegetables very thinly for the filling and mix them together.
    • Heat the pita bread in the oven and fill it with the salad.
    • Drizzle the dressing over it.
