750 g Gehakt |

40 g Emmental, geraspt |

Meatloaf with cheese and chili Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl so that everything is well mixed.
- Make a nice round loaf of it.
- Put some fat in (quite a few) a cooking pot.
- Once melted, place the meat loaf in it. Let the meatloaf bake on a low heat.
- Turn around occasionally. But bake with a lid, then it stays juicier.
- When it is almost finished, put cheese on top and season with some more pepper and chili.
- Bake +/- 35 minutes
Notes
Serve with vegetables and potatoes.
