Pepper and Salt
Garlic

The Glacé

2 tbsp Berry jelly
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Clove

Leg of lamb Glacé Directions

  1. Season the leg of lamb generously with salt and pepper.
  2. If you use garlic, make cuts in the meat and insert small pieces of garlic.
  3. Place the leg of lamb in the middle of the grill rack, above the drip pan.
  4. Grill for 20 to 22 minutes per 500 g. (66 ° C for medium)
  5. If desired, you can cover the leg of lamb with the glacé 20 minutes before the end of the grilling time.
