Fennel-orange salad Directions
Cut the fennel into very thin slices.
Peel the oranges until the white part has disappeared. Cut the oranges into thin slices and divide them into 4 plates.
Cut the red onion into thin rings and sprinkle over the oranges.
Mix the orange juice with the curd cheese and the dill. Add the fennel and spread it over the salad.
