4 piece(s) stucking Potatoe(s)
200 g coarse Sea Salt
1/4 piece(s) Green cabbage, in fine strips
150 g Sour cream
200 g Gray Shrimps
4 slice(s) smoked Salmon
2 twig(s) of Rosemary, finely chopped

Potato filled with green cabbage and smoked salmon Directions

    Place the potatoes in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes

    Cut the hat off the potatoes and spoon them out without damaging them.
    Stew the green cabbage for 10 minutes in some butter and a dash of water.
    Cut the salmon into thin strips.

    Mix the salmon with the mashed potatoes, the sour cream, the shrimps and the green cabbage.
    Season with salt and pepper
    Mix the rosemary in it.

    Warm up for a short while and fill the potatoes with the mixture.
