Pizza Napolitana Directions
- Slice tomato, mushrooms and mozzarella
- Unroll the pizza dough and place with the baking paper on a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with the tomato sauce and put slices of tomato, mazarella and mushrooms on top.
- Then you put the anchovies and olives on top and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
- Before serving, sprinkle with arugula, parmesan flakes and black pepper from the mill.
Notes
A pizza stone for in the oven will make the pizza even crisper.
