4 tbsp Tomatoes sauce
1 piece(s) Zucchini
1 piece(s) Red Bell Pepper
1 piece(s) Green Bell Pepper
1 piece(s) Onion
1 tbsp fresh Oregan
50 g Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Olive Oil
Pepper and salt

Pizza Calzone with Italian vegetables Directions

  1. Cut the onion, the bell pepper and the zucchini into small cubes.
  2. Cook them in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the ricotta, the parmesan, fresh oregano, pepper and salt.
  4. Unroll the dough and cover one half with the vegetable mixture.
  5. Wet the edges. Fold close and press the edges together with a fork.
  6. Brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
