4 stronken Chicory |
200 g Boursin with pepper |
4 takjes Dragon |
Cream, amount to taste |
Pasta with chicory apple and chicken Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the chicken and the chicory for 5 minutes.
- Add the apple, cream cheese and tarragon.
- Add some cream to create some smoothness
- Allow a 3min. thicken.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the pasta.
