| 12 Lamb chops |
De marinade
| 4 cloves of Garlic |
| 1 tsp Rosemary leaves |
| 1 tsp Sage leaves |
| 1 tsp Basil leaves |
| 1 tsp Thym |
| 2 tsp Sundried Tomatoes |
| 1 mespunt Cayenne pepper |
| 2 tsp coarse Salt |
| 3 tbsp Olive oil |
| 1 tbsp Lemon juice |
Marinated and grilled lamb chops Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a mortar or blender to form a homogeneous paste
- Roll the chops in and let them marinate for a few hours.
- Remove them from the marinade and grill them.
