400 g Chicken fillet, in strips
1 piece(s) Fennel
100 g Watercress
2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp Dragon, finely chopped
½ piece(s) Radicchio (red lettuce)Radicchio (rode sla)
Dressing Maple mustard

Fennel salad with fried chicken Directions

    Finely chop the fennel and mix it with the watercress, tarragon and chives.
    Tear the radicchio coarse (only the red) and mix it underneath.
     
    Season the salad with salt and pepper
    Mix the dressing with the salad.
     
    Bake the chicken strips in a pan until done.
    Season them with salt and pepper.
     
    Arrange the salad in the center of the plate and arrange the chicken strips on top.
    Finish with the dressing if necessary.
