| 1/2 Melon |
| 2 cl Grand Marnier |
| 2 cl Cognac |
| 2 cl Orange Curaçao |
| 50 cl Champagne |
Cocktail with Champagne and melon Directions
- Remove the seeds from the melon and spoon the balls out with a Parisian spoon.
- Divide the balls over the glasses or place them on a cocktail stick.Mix
- Curacao with Grand Marnier and Cognac and divide over the glasses.
- Top up with chilled champagne and serve.
Notes
Can also be done with a good cava of course.
