Baby lobster with provencal herbs Instructions
- Cut the lobsters in half and marinate them with the herbs and olive oil.
- Place the lobsters between a barbecue clamp and place them in the hot coals for 2 minutes.
- Place the barbecue on top of the grid and let the lobsters continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Turn them for a moment and serve when the meat is cooked.
