Marinade
6 tbsp Olive Oil |
1 tbsp Lime juice |
1 cloves of Garlic, pressed |
1 tsp Brown Sugar |
1 tbsp Luikse Syrop |
1 tbsp Balsamic |
piece of Ginger |
Marinated entrecote Directions
- Peel the ginger and cut into quarters.
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour over the meat.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Turn the meat regularly.
- Make sure the grill of the barbecue is very hot before you put the prime rib on it.
- Roast the meat on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut the meat into slices and serve with a baked potato.
- Brush the potato with olive oil, pierce it a few times with a fork and pack together with some Provencal herbs in aluminum foil
- Let it cook for 45 minutes between the hot coals.
