2 Peaches |
200 ml Water |
200 g Sugar |
10 Walnuts |
8 slices Gorgonzola |
8 leaves Basil |
Croque with gorgonzola walnuts peach and basilCroque met gorgonzola walnoten perzik en basilicum Directions
- Boil the sugar and water and cook in the peaches briefly.
- Remove the peaches from the water and let them cool.
- Then peel the peaches and cut into slices.
- Cut the crusts off the slices of bread and cover them with the peaches.
- Grind the walnuts in the blender and sprinkle on the peaches.
- Put two basil leaves on top and finish with the gorgonzola slices.
- Put a slice of bread back on top and grill them in the croque-monsieur machine.
