|2 kg Lamb ribs|
|Pepper and Salt|
|2 1/2 dl Musterd Dijon|
|6 tbsp Melted butter|
|2 tbsp Parsley, minced|

- Season the ribs with salt and pepper and place them with the fat side down in the middle of the grill rack.
- Let them grill for 30 minutes with the lid on.
- Turn them and cover the greasy side with the mustard sauce.
- Another 25-30 minutes grilling for medium.Cut the lamb in a few chops and serve with the sauce.
