For 4 Persons

Ingrediënten

1 piece(s) big Tomato(es)
1 bunch(s) of Radish
100 g blokjes Feta
2 tbsp Citroensap
12 tsp Oregano, dried
1 piece(s) little Cucumber
1 piece(s) Red Onion
50 g Olives, pitted
2 tbsp Oive Oil
1/2 crop(s) Lollo Rosso salad

Greek Salad Shoriatiki Directions

    Wash the lettuce and drain well
    Cut the tomato into fine pieces, the radishes into slices and the onion into fine rings
    Cut the cucumber along the length, remove the seeds if necessary and cut in half moons

    Tear the lettuce and arrange it on the plates
    Mix tomato, radishes, onion and cucumber carefully and divide between the plates
    Arrange a few olives and a few cubes of cheese on top
    Mix olive oil with lemon juice and oregano, season with freshly ground black pepper
    Divide the vinaigrette over the lettuce.
